Many thanks for your comment. Twitter can be highly beneficial for businesses, if executed properly. Quickly here, I'd say that one of its key uses is for its ability for brands to have a Human personality. Consider that with Twitter, brands now have the possibility to talk to a consumer or potential consumer one on one. The deep engagement leads to a better relationship with the brand and will bring the consumer a lot further along the consumer decision process.
