Irish Web Awards 2008 – Interactive Return to Sponsor Best Government Website

It’s that time of year again, when everyone’s looking back on the last twelve months and picking and choosing their selections for the various industry award events. The latest? The Irish Web Awards. Interactive Return has been announced as a sponsor for the Best Government Website category, and is looking forward to getting to know the nominees.
The Irish Web Awards is an annual event aimed at honouring the work behind the best websites in Ireland, in twenty-five different categories ranging from Best Government Website to Best Videocaster to the Most Beautiful Website in Ireland.
The nominees for the Best Governement Website are Citizens Information, Dublin.ie, Revenue Online, Motor Tax Online, Tap Tips, BASES, House of the Oireachtas, Aras Kids, Public Jobs, Department of Communications, Department of the Environment, Roads NI, Food Safety Authority of Ireland, and ComReg.
The 2008 event is to be held on the 11th of October at the Radisson SAS Royal Hotel in Dublin, where one of the winners will be presented with their award by Interactive Return.
